Welcome to JAM Graphics & Printing LLC. By using our services or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our services.

1. Services

JAM Graphics & Printing provides commercial printing, graphic design, signage, vehicle wraps, direct mail, and related services. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your order.

2. Orders and Quotes

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may vary based on final specifications, quantity, and materials.
• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of approval and any required deposit.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Artwork and Files

• Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork or paying for design services.
• We recommend reviewing digital proofs carefully before approving for print.
• Once a proof is approved, we are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.
• Files provided to us may be stored for future orders but are not guaranteed to be retained indefinitely.

4. Proofing and Approval

Digital proofs are provided for your review. Customer approval of a proof constitutes acceptance of the design, spelling, grammar, color representation, and layout. Any changes after approval may incur additional charges.

5. Color Accuracy

Colors on screen may vary from printed output due to differences in monitors and printing processes. For exact color matching, we recommend providing Pantone color specifications or requesting a physical proof (additional charges may apply).

6. Payment Terms

• Payment is due according to the terms specified on your invoice.
• Large orders may require a deposit before production begins.
• We accept major credit cards, checks, and ACH transfers.
• Late payments may incur interest charges and may delay future orders.

7. Delivery and Shipping

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
• Local delivery is available for qualifying orders within our service area.
• Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to carrier.

8. Returns and Reprints

• Custom printed materials cannot be returned due to their personalized nature.
• If there is a production error on our part, we will reprint the order at no charge.
• Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Liability is limited to the cost of the defective items.

9. Intellectual Property

• Customers warrant that they own or have rights to use all content submitted for printing.
• We are not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement in customer-provided materials.
• We reserve the right to refuse printing materials we deem offensive, illegal, or infringing.

10. Limitation of Liability

JAM Graphics & Printing's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation fees may apply based on work completed and materials used. Custom orders and special-order materials are non-refundable.

12. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.
